fans defending halsey’s actions of kissing a 15 year old fan saying “no way Halsey could have known she was 15″ or “the girl is boasting on twitter. she clearly gave Halsey consent or wanted it” or anything along those lines need to understand that Halsey is an adult and it is her responsibility to ask how old was the fan before making out with them! the fact halsey called the fan out to the front and only asked if she was single speaks volumes that Halsey wanted to kiss the fan! and it wasnt even just a peck, she made out with the fan! if you’re an adult, you need to know the person’s age before you decide on making out with them which is something pretty sexual because that will be fucked up if that person is underage and you did that. and halsey did not ask that important question which makes Halsey wrong in this entire situation. also the fact she is not even apologizing for it, it’s really messy. you can like her music but do not excuse her wrongdoings
